Sankaty Head Light is located on Nantucket island. Situated at the easternmost point of the island, within the Siasconset village, it was among the first US lighthouses to employ a Fresnel lens (look that up). The Sankaty Head Light tide clock can be set to track most/any semidiurnal tide cycle on Earth, not just Siasconset. The image shows the tide moving in real time!
