Sakonnet Light, near Sakonnet Point, in Rhode Island, was built in 1884. It’s a great example of a “sparkplug” lighthouse. The Sakonnet Light tide clock can be set to any semidiurnal tide in the world, not just in RI. The image depicts the changing tide in real time!
